About the founder

Arpita Joshi is an Electronics Engineer and a passionate lover of technology. She has 12+ Yrs of recruiment experience of recruiting for Tech MNCs/ Start-ups, Engineering, Pharma companies. She has successfully placed 100+ people so far at mid and senior level for different skills and technologies.

She founded OratioHRM in Apr’20 with a vision to meet the growing demand of skilled professionals in the software industry by optimising the sourcing and interview process and that way save the opportunity cost of candidates as well as employers.

Why OratioHRM

The most common challenge in recruitment is to attract the right talent. Having access to a great database is not enough to successfully place a candidate. Job market is very competitive and candidates have access to information through different sources. Lack of proper communication, expectation management in terms of role as well as compensation is one of the major reasons due to which candidates decline offers.
